Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

On January 23, 2025, the Sidus Space, Inc. (the “Company”) Compensation Committee approved an increase in the base pay of the Company’s CEO, Carol Craig, from $325,000 to $400,000, effective February 1, 2025.
