Presentation will focus on the Company's transition from technology development to commercialization, the Fortis VPX digital mission computing platform, and its expanding defense and commercial pipeline

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla., Oct. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Sidus Space, Inc. (NASDAQ:SIDU) ("Sidus" or the "Company"), an innovative space and defense technology company, today announced that Carol Craig, Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, and Alan Khalili, Chief Financial Officer, will present at The ThinkEquity Conference on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York. Sidus will also host one-on-one meetings with institutional and accredited investors throughout the day.

During the presentation, the Company will discuss its transition from technology development to commercialization, including its Fortis VPX digital mission computing platform, orbit-agnostic LizzieSat satellite platform, and AI-enabling edge computing technologies supporting defense, intelligence, civil, and commercial missions.

As described in the Company's July 21, 2026 letter to shareholders, Sidus has built on its foundation in engineering services and precision manufacturing to design, build, and operate its own satellites, and has expanded into software-defined mission computing and AI-enabling technologies. The Company is pursuing multiple revenue opportunities across satellite manufacturing, mission operations, digital mission computing, and AI-enabling edge processing, reducing its dependence on any single program or revenue source.

As outlined on the Company's second quarter 2026 earnings call, Sidus's capital allocation priorities include continued investment in the commercialization of the Fortis VPX platform, expanding manufacturing capacity, strengthening business development and government capture efforts, accelerating next-generation satellite production, and building the operational infrastructure required to support larger customer programs.

"We built Sidus one layer at a time: manufacturing first, then our own satellites, and now products that draw on both," said Carol Craig, Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Sidus Space. "Our focus is converting that foundation into recurring revenue, and we look forward to walking investors through our priorities in New York."
