Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 19, 2023, Sprinklr, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Pavitar Singh has made the decision to resign from his role as the Company’s Chief Technology Officer for health reasons, effective as of July 18, 2023, which the Company accepted. Mr. Singh is committed to ensuring a smooth and orderly transition.
