Item 8.01 Other Events

On October 1, 2025, T Stamp Inc. (the “Company”) repaid the Secured Promissory Note previously issued by the Company to Streeterville Capital LLC in the full principal amount of $2,210,000. As such, the note is no longer outstanding.
