Effective December 29, 2025, Mary E. Meixelsperger, Senior Vice President of Valvoline Inc. (“Valvoline” or the “Company”) retired from the Company. The Company appreciates Ms. Meixelsperger’s services to the Company, including as Chief Financial Officer from June 2016 through May 19, 2025, and wishes her the best in retirement.
