Cameco Corporation was incorporated in 1987 and is headquartered in Saskatoon, Canada.

Nouveau Monde Graphite Inc. engages in the acquisition, exploration, development, and evaluation of mineral properties in Quebec, Canada. It primarily explores for graphite.
