BEIJING, Oct. 01, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- QuantaSing Group Limited (NASDAQ:QSG) ("QuantaSing" or the "Company"), a leading lifestyle solution provider empowering adults to live better and longer, today announced that its board of directors (the "Board") has approved the declaration and distribution of a special dividend (the "Special Dividend") of US$0.067 per ordinary share (US$0.201 per American depositary share, or ADS).
