Item 8.01. Other Events

On September 16, 2026, CB Financial Services, Inc. (the “Company”) extended, until August 31, 2027, the termination date of its previously announced program to repurchase up to $5.0 million of its outstanding shares of common stock. The program was set to terminate on September 30, 2026.
