(NYSE:DX, "Dynex" or the "Company")), a REIT with a long track record of generating dividends from high-quality mortgage assets, announced today that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.17 per share on its Common Stock for September 2026. The Common dividend is payable on October 1, 2026 to shareholders of record as of September 21, 2026.

The Company’s Board also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.60793 per share of its Series C Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (NYSE:DXPRC) for the third quarter of 2026. The Preferred dividend is payable on October 15, 2026 to shareholders of record as of October 1, 2026.

The Series C Preferred shares accrue dividends at a floating rate equal to Three-Month CME Term SOFR plus 0.26161% plus 5.461%. The dividend rate for the dividend period ending October 14, 2026, is 9.51547%.
