Explanation of Responses:

1. On February 14, 2024, the reporting person was granted an option to purchase 35,000 shares of common stock. The option vests in five equal annual installments based on the Issuer's satisfaction of certain performance criteria for each of the fiscal years ending December 31, 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028. The performance criteria for 2024 were met, resulting in the vesting of the option as to 7,000 shares of common stock.

2. On September 6, 2023, the reporting person was granted an option to purchase 35,000 shares of common stock. The option vests in five equal annual installments based on the Issuer's satisfaction of certain performance criteria for each of the fiscal years ending December 31, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026 and 2027. The performance criteria for 2024 were met, resulting in the cumulative vesting of the option as to 14,000 shares of common stock.

3. On February 15, 2023, the reporting person was granted an option to purchase 35,000 shares of common stock. The option vests in five equal annual installments based on the Issuer's satisfaction of certain performance criteria for each of the fiscal years ending December 31, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026 and 2027. The performance criteria for 2024 were met, resulting in the cumulative vesting of the option as to 14,000 shares of common stock.

4. On May 3, 2022, the reporting person was granted an option to purchase 29,167 shares of common stock. The option vests in five equal annual installments based on the Issuer's satisfaction of certain performance criteria for each of the fiscal years ending December 31, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026. The performance criteria for 2024 were met, resulting in the cumulative vesting of the option as to 17,500 shares of common stock.
