The shares subject to the option vest over a period of 4 years. 25% of the shares subject to the option will vest on March 31, 2026 and 6.25% of the shares will vest on the last day of each quarter thereafter. All vesting is subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service through each applicable vesting date.
