On September 10, 2026, Compugen Ltd. (the “Company”) held its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”). The Company filed the notice of the Meeting, the proxy statement and the proxy card with the Securities and Exchange Commission as Exhibit 99.1 to the Company’s Report on Form 6-K on August 3, 2026 (File No. 000-30902), which is incorporated herein by reference. All proposals brought before the shareholders at the Meeting were approved by the requisite majority vote of the Company’s shareholders.
