How to install it

Install TestFlight
It is Apple's free app for trying betas. Get it from the App Store on your iPhone.

Open the beta link on your iPhone
Tap Get it now on this page, then Accept and Install in TestFlight.

Sign in
Use Apple, Google or your email. With your existing account, your follows and plan come with you.

Turn on push alerts
Go to Account, tap Enable push alerts, then Send a test alert to check it reaches your phone.
