Inpixon Announces Record Date and Details for Distribution for Enterprise Apps Business Spin-Off
PALO ALTO, Calif., Feb. 13, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Inpixon® (NASDAQ:INPX) today announced that its board of directors has set March 6, 2023 as the record date ("Record Date") for the dividend of shares of common stock of CXApp Holding Corp. ("CXApp Holding") to be distributed to Inpixon securityholders in order to effect the spin-off of Inpixon's enterprise apps business (including its workplace experience technologies, indoor mapping, events platform, augmented reality and related business solutions).
