HOUSTON, May 10, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Luby's, Inc. (NYSE:LUB) ("Luby's" or the "Company") announced today that, in accordance with the Company's previously approved Plan of Liquidation and Dissolution (the "Plan"), its Board of Directors ("Board") has determined that the remaining assets and liabilities of the Company will be transferred to a Liquidating Trust on May 31, 2022.
