Item 5.02			Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 10, 2023, Invitae Corporation (the "Company") informed Jeff Parsons, its interim Chief Accounting Officer, of the Company’s decision to appoint Ana J. Schrank, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, as its Chief Accounting Officer (Principal Accounting Officer), in addition to her current position as Chief Financial Officer, effective November 21, 2023. Mr. Parsons' departure is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or procedures. The Company has not entered into, nor does it plan to enter into, any new material compensatory arrangements with Ms. Schrank in connection with her appointment as Chief Accounting Officer. Reference is made to the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 27, 2023 with respect to certain information regarding Ms. Schrank’s appointment as Chief Financial Officer.
