(NASDAQ:TTSH) (the "Company"), a specialty retailer of natural stone and man-made tiles, setting and maintenance materials and related accessories, today announced that the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") has declared a special dividend of $0.65 per share payable on December 3, 2021 to the Company's shareholders of record at the close of business on November 19, 2021.
