Do I need Plus to get alerts?
You can follow unlimited tickers and set alert categories on a free account, but delivering alerts by email, push or webhook requires Plus. See Alerts.
How do I cancel Plus?
Go to Settings, then Billing, then Manage billing, and cancel in the Stripe portal. You keep Plus until the end of the cycle you paid for. See Plans and billing.
Does Quantisnow offer refunds?
No. Plus subscriptions are non-refundable, including partial months. Publishing fees are only charged on editor approval and are non-refundable once the content is live.
Does Quantisnow have an API?
There are no API keys. AI assistants such as Claude can connect through the MCP server with your account. To get data out, use webhooks (Plus), email or push alerts, or RSS feeds. Team plans, high-volume webhooks and programmatic access are available by agreement through contact@quantisnow.com. See Integrations and data access.
Does Quantisnow have RSS feeds?
Yes. Every feed is available as RSS 2.0 at /rss/<feed-slug>, for example /rss/sec. Feeds contain the latest 50 items, run on a 3-minute delay and need no login. See RSS feeds.
Can I send Quantisnow alerts to Slack or Discord?
Yes, through a webhook. Slack and Discord expect their own message format, so point your Quantisnow webhook at a small relay, such as a serverless function, that reformats the JSON and forwards it. See Webhooks.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. Sign in to the Quantisnow mobile app and it registers your device for push notifications. Notification hours and urgency are set inside the app. See Push notifications.
How many articles can I read for free?
Signed-out visitors can read 2 full insight articles per 7 days. Any signed-in account, free or Plus, reads unlimited articles.
Can I publish my own article on Quantisnow?
