A Quantisnow account is free and only needs an email address and a password. This page covers creating an account, signing in, resetting your password, appearance settings and deleting your account.

How to create an account

  1. Go to /signup.
  2. Enter your Email and a Password of at least 8 characters.
  3. Click Create account.
  4. Check your inbox for a 6-digit code. Enter it in Verification code and click Confirm & sign in.
  5. You are signed in and taken to /pricing, where you can stay on the free account or subscribe to Plus.

If the code does not arrive, check your spam folder. To try a different address, click Use a different email.

Confirming an account later

If you closed the page before entering the code, go to /confirm, enter your Email and the 6-digit Code, and click Confirm account.

How to sign in

  1. Go to /login.
  2. Enter your Email and Password.
  3. Click Sign in.

You stay signed in for up to 30 days on the same browser. After that, or if you clear your cookies, sign in again.

How to reset a forgotten password

  1. On /login, click Forgot? next to the password field (or go to /forgot-password).
  2. Enter your Email and click Send reset code.
  3. On the next page, enter your Email, the 6-digit Reset code from your inbox and a New password of at least 8 characters.
  4. Click Update password, then sign in with the new password.

How to switch between dark and light mode

  1. Go to /settings.
  2. Under Appearance, choose Dark or Light.

Mobile app

Sign in to the Quantisnow mobile app with the same email and password. Signing in registers your device for push notifications. See Push notifications.

Keeping your account secure

  • Use a password you do not use anywhere else.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials private and for activity on your account.
  • Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout and billing pages and never touch Quantisnow servers.

How to delete your account

There is no self-serve delete button. To delete your account:

  1. Cancel Plus first if you have it (Settings > Billing > Manage billing).
  2. Email support@quantisnow.com from the email address on your account and ask for deletion.
