Company pages: news, filings, ratings and data per ticker
What every /company/<TICKER> page on Quantisnow shows: quote and chart, latest news, analyst ratings, corporate events, short volume, options, peers and subpages.
Key takeaways
- Every covered company has a page at /company/<TICKER>, for example /company/AAPL, with its latest 25 news items, filings and press releases.
- The page adds a price chart (1D, 1M, 3M, 1Y), the last 12 analyst ratings, upcoming dividends and splits, 60 days of FINRA short volume, an options snapshot and up to 8 peers.
- Category subpages such as /company/AAPL/8-k or /company/AAPL/form-4 filter that company's news to one event type.
- The Follow button adds the ticker to your watchlist; Free follows up to 5 tickers, Plus 250 and Premium 500.
A company page is the single place to see everything Quantisnow knows about one ticker. Go to /company/<TICKER> (for example /company/AAPL) to see the latest news, SEC filings, analyst ratings, corporate events, short volume, options and peers for that company.
You can reach a company page from the header ticker search, the Cmd/Ctrl+K palette (see Search and keyboard shortcuts), any ticker badge on a newsitem, or the A-Z directory at /companies.

Data timing
News on company pages follows the same rules as the rest of the site: free and signed-out visitors see items on a 3-minute delay, and Plus is real time. Short volume updates after the market close each weekday. Options data is 15-minute delayed indicative data. Nothing on a company page is investment advice.
FAQ
How do I find a company page?
Type the ticker or company name in the header search or press Cmd/Ctrl+K, or open /company/<TICKER> directly. You can also browse every ticker alphabetically at /companies.
Why is a section missing on a company page?
Sections only appear when there is data. A company with no analyst coverage, no options or no upcoming dividends will not show those blocks.
Does following a company send me alerts?
Following adds the ticker to your watchlist. Alerts are set per ticker on /follows, and delivery by email or push requires Plus, and by webhook requires Premium.
Are company pages real time?
News on company pages is real time on Plus and on a 3-minute delay for free and signed-out visitors. Short volume is daily and options data is 15-minute delayed.
Can I see only one type of filing for a company?
Yes. Use a category subpage such as /company/<TICKER>/8-k or /company/<TICKER>/form-4, or the Quick links on the company page.
