What content Quantisnow accepts and rejects for articles, amendments and sponsored links, plus ticker tagging, disclosure rules, licensing, refunds and removal requests.

Updated 4 min read

Key takeaways

  • Quantisnow accepts equity research, market commentary, press releases, analyst notes, earnings and regulatory recaps, and original reporting on U.S.-listed companies.
  • Pump-and-dump promotions, misleading headlines, plagiarized or AI-rewritten content, off-topic pieces and unlawful content are not allowed.
  • Only tag tickers the article materially affects, disclose positions in tagged tickers, and state at the top if the article is sponsored.
  • You keep copyright and grant Quantisnow a non-exclusive license; fees are non-refundable once content is live.
  • Removal requests for your own article take effect within 5 business days and are not refunded.

Articles published on Quantisnow reach retail investors who follow the tickers you tag, so the bar is high. These rules apply to articles, amendments and sponsored links. They summarize the full publishing guidelines and publishing terms, which are in addition to the site terms of use.

What we accept

  • Equity research, market commentary and sector deep dives
  • Issuer press releases and corporate disclosures
  • Analyst notes, ratings and price target changes
  • Earnings recaps, regulatory filings and FDA decisions
  • Original reporting on U.S.-listed companies

What we don't allow

  • Pump-and-dump promotions, or paid stock recommendations without disclosure
  • Misleading headlines that don't match the body
  • Plagiarized or AI-rewritten content from other publications
  • Content unrelated to public markets or to the tickers tagged
  • Personal attacks, doxxing, or content that breaks the law

How to tag tickers

Only tag tickers that are materially affected by the article. Each article takes 1 to 8 tickers. Tagging unrelated tickers for traffic gets the article removed and can get you banned from publishing.

Disclosure rules

Amendment rules

Corrections must be accurate and honest. Edits that misrepresent the original source, change material facts dishonestly or try to manipulate sentiment are not approved, and repeat offenders are blocked from publishing. See Amend a newsitem.

Editors approve links to relevant, working pages. They reject:

  • Link shorteners and redirects
  • Gambling and adult content
  • Malware
  • Unlicensed financial products
  • Anything misleading

Every paid link is marked rel="sponsored" and labeled as sponsored for readers. A live link can be removed if its destination changes to something that would not have been approved. See Sponsored links.

How editorial review works

  1. You submit and authorize the fee at checkout. Your card is held, not charged.
  2. An editor reviews the submission before it goes live, usually within two business days.
  3. Approved: you are charged and it goes live. Not approved: the hold is released and you pay nothing. If the editor leaves a note, it appears on the status page.
  4. If a submission is not reviewed before the hold lapses (about 7 days), the hold releases automatically.

Quantisnow can also remove published content that breaks these guidelines. Repeat violations lose publishing privileges.

The most common reasons a sponsored link is not approved:

  • The target is a link shortener or a redirect
  • The page does not load
  • The destination is not relevant to the article
  • The destination falls in a rejected category above

You are not charged for a rejected link. Pick a better match and submit again.
