My orders: track articles, amendments and sponsored links

How to use /publish/orders on Quantisnow to track your articles, amendments and sponsored links, what each status label means, and when your card is charged.

Updated 3 min read

Key takeaways

  • /publish/orders lists every article, amendment and sponsored link you have submitted, with price, date and status.
  • Items In review have a hold on your card and are only charged if an editor approves them.
  • Drafts and unpaid items link back to the editor so you can continue where you left off.
  • Not approved and Expired items were never charged.

/publish/orders is your list of everything you have submitted through /publish: articles, amendments and sponsored links. Each row shows the title or anchor text, the type, the price, the date and a status label. You need to be signed in.

What the page shows

The page has two lists.

Articles and amendments

Each row shows the headline (or Untitled draft), Article or Amendment, the price, the last update date and the status. Click a row:

  • Draft or Not paid: opens the editor at /publish/edit/<id>, marked "continue editing".
  • Any other status: opens the status page at /publish/success/<id>.

Use New article to start another one. See Publish an article and Amend a newsitem.

Each row shows the anchor text, the article it is on, the price, the date, the target URL and the status. Click a row to open /publish/links/status/<id>. Use Place a link to start another. See Sponsored links.

What the status page tells you

The status page for each order repeats the label and adds the next step:

  • In review: "Your card has a hold, not a charge." You get an email when the editor decides.
  • Live: a View article or View newsitem button to see it on the site.
  • Not approved: any editor note, and a link to submit a revised version.
  • Expired: you were not charged; submit again if you still want it.
  • Pending payment: if you completed checkout, wait a few seconds and refresh.

How to resubmit something that was not approved

  1. Open the order from /publish/orders.
  2. Read the editor note, if there is one.
  3. Click Submit a revised version (articles and amendments) or Place another link (sponsored links).
  4. Fix the issue and check out again. A new hold is placed and reviewed as a new order.

If you are a wire service, IR firm or research platform sending dozens of items per week, email contact@quantisnow.com about a feed integration and bulk pricing instead of submitting one by one.

FAQ

Where can I see my submitted articles?

Go to /publish/orders. It lists every article, amendment and sponsored link you have submitted, with its status.

Was I charged for an order that says In review?

No. In review means your card has a hold, not a charge. You are only charged if the editor approves it.

What does Expired mean?

The editor review did not finish before the card hold lapsed, after about 7 days. You were not charged and can submit again.

What should I do if an order says Needs attention?

Nothing right away. Quantisnow has been notified and will follow up by email, and you will not be charged twice. You can also email contact@quantisnow.com.
